  • Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team, providing strategic direction, coaching, and career development opportunities.

  • Establish pricing, forecasting, budgeting, and contract negotiation strategies while maintaining accountability for regional financial performance.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deploy IFF capabilities, including consumer insights, sustainability, ingredients, formulations, and innovation resources.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within the flavors, ingredients, food, beverage, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success leading sales teams and delivering consistent revenue and profitability growth.
  • Strong experience developing commercial strategies, territory plans, customer growth initiatives, and account management programs.
  • Proven expertise in financial management, including pricing, margins, forecasting, budgeting, and business case development.
  • Experience managing and growing relationships with middle-market and large Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) manufacturers.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel more than 50% domestically to support customers and business growth initiatives.
