At Steno, we're growing fast and transforming the litigation technology industry with best-in-class court reporting, modern solutions that add value for lawyers, and an exceptional client experience. • Provides meaningful coaching and support - a team of Litigation Support leaders and professionals who will unlock your greatest potential
  • Emphasizes values - be highly reliable, constantly innovate, and operate with a hospitality mindset
  • Offers Competitive Base Salary + Growth Opportunities - $23-$27 per hour, plus the opportunity to grow into a senior role as you advance.

Why Litigation Support Services at Steno Is Different
  • Own the process from start to finish - handle service of process with precision and accountability

  • Be the problem-solver - prevent delays, handle rush requests, apply critical thinking skills to our workflows and systems, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Communicate like a pro - keep clients, vendors, and teammates in the loop at every step
  • Work with cutting-edge tools - Utilize industry-leading technology platforms to streamline intake, order fulfillment, and communications across client-facing and internal channels.
  • Stay organized and on top of it all - manage multiple jobs, track SLAs, and maintain accurate records

You'll crush this role if you have high-volume, hands-on experience in California, Texas, or multi-state service of process and litigation support, and you excel in a fast-paced, detail-driven legal environment; 2+ years of experience is preferred. You know the rhythm of managing a busy job queue, juggling deadlines, and keeping everything moving without dropping the ball. High-volume dispatch is your comfort zone, and you're no stranger to Legal CMS platforms, legal support vendors, and the process server ecosystem.
You have a knack for monitoring SLAs, flagging risks before they become problems, and following up like a pro. Whether you're coordinating with a process server in the field or communicating updates to a client, you bring clarity and confidence to every interaction. Detail-oriented doesn't begin to cover it - you actually enjoy the complexity, and you're the kind of person who finds satisfaction in a well-run, buttoned-up workflow.
