Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring you can provide care to our patients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs highlighted in each client's treatment plan, meticulously documenting these sessions for continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized psychotherapy plans that include achievable goals and objectives, fostering a cooperative therapeutic alliance.
  • Engage actively as part of the treatment team, providing insights and support to fellow team members to enhance patient care.
  • Offer consultative services to team members when appropriate, ensuring a comprehensive and integrated approach to treatment.
  • Complete all necessary documentation promptly according to licensing standards, demonstrating our commitment to compliance and quality care.
  • Serve as a liaison between Clear Balance Psychiatry Clinic and other community-based treatment professionals when necessary to enhance coordination of care.
  • Uphold confidentiality standards and company policies, especially concerning subpoenaed records and court appearances, ensuring the protection of client rights and dignity.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and skills, with attendance being a critical function of your role.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the clinic.
