  • Small team, big ownership - Your work is visible immediately and there's no hiding behind a big org. What you do matters.
  • Variety keeps it interesting - Move between outreach, follow-up, onboarding support, and event coordination based on what the network needs most.
  • You're not just executing - You're building something. Every reporter you recruit strengthens a nationwide network that law firms count on.

Who are you?
We're looking for an organized, personable recruiter who thrives on outreach and follow-through. You're comfortable picking up the phone, sending a well-crafted text, and keeping a busy queue of prospective reporters moving forward. You don't need to own the strategy; you execute it well and make sure no one falls through the cracks. You're detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated by connecting people to an opportunity they'll love. If you're looking for a company that offers support, guidance, an abundance of killer giphys, and unlimited potential to grow into your best self, you can bet we'd love to have you too. NOTE: Preference for candidates based in PST or MST (preferably California).
On a regular basis you will -
  • Execute outreach to prospective court reporters identified by leadership via phone, text, and email, moving them efficiently from first contact to recruited partner.
  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for prospective reporters, answering questions and periodically supporting the onboarding process as needed.
  • Conduct follow-up outreach with leads who haven't responded, maintaining consistent and professional communication throughout.
  • Log all outreach activity and keep reporter records accurate and up-to-date in HubSpot and Zendesk.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from recruited reporter to active assignment.
  • Support virtual and in-person events to increase court reporter awareness and foster engagement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to support high-quality service delivery.

You're gonna crush it if -
  • You have 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting or outreach, ideally in a contractor or freelance workforce context.
  • Bonus points for experience as a court reporter or in the legal services industry.
  • You are confident and comfortable reaching out to professionals by phone, text, and email, and you follow up persistently without losing warmth.
  • You are proficient with CRM tools; HubSpot and Zendesk experience are a strong plus, and you keep records clean and current.
  • You have supported outreach or recruiting initiatives across multiple regions or markets, executing on a plan set by your team.
  • You are highly organized and thrive in fast-paced environments where you manage multiple prospects and tight deadlines.
  • You work well within a team, take initiative, and bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to your work.
  • You are willing and able to travel up to 3-4 times per year for events, recruiting, and relationship-building activities.
  • Preference for candidates located in PST and MST time zones
