• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health concerns, strengths, and resources of your clients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and define interventions aimed at promoting client recovery and resilience.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated, holistic care for each client.
• Facilitate crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning to address immediate needs effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, providing participants with tools and techniques for coping and healing.

In this role, you will primarily work with students facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and vary in age and experience, necessitating a personalized approach to therapy that respects their unique histories and cultural contexts. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and approaches to mental health treatment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in educational or therapeutic settings.
• Familiarity with school-based mental health programs and resources.
• Competency in offering crisis intervention and navigating high-stress situations.
