Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments, which include psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to gain comprehensive insights into clients' needs.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize their unique circumstances, goals, and cultural backgrounds.
  • Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in one-on-one, family, couple, and group settings.

  • Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring that treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries adhere to regulatory standards and clinic policies.
  • Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with information and skills essential for managing mental health conditions.
  • Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers—to coordinate comprehensive care.
