• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapeutic strategies that address each client’s unique mental health needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, groups, and families, employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring holistic care by sharing insights and developing integrated treatment plans that best support client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
