Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our fully virtual practice. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric care—including evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy—via secure telehealth platforms. This position offers excellent flexibility, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while delivering high-quality mental health care to a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up visits via secure video platforms.

Provide psychotherapy, counseling, and mental health support as clinically appropriate.

Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient progress.

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with practice policies and insurance guidelines (within 24 hours).

Stay updated on best practices in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and mental health care.

Qualifications:

Active ARNP licensure PMHNP and current DEA certification required

Licensed in MA, RI, NY, or NH

Prior experience in psychiatric care, medication management, and mental health counseling preferred.

Comfortable and effective in providing care through telehealth platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patient populations.

Self-directed, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Reliable high-speed internet connection for virtual visits required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $80–$100, to start

1099 independent contractor position

Flexible hybrid scheduling (up to 16 hours/week) at least 1 weekend day required
