Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional, social, and environmental needs, identifying areas for intervention.

• Deliver individual and family counseling services focused on overcoming life challenges such as anxiety, trauma, and family dynamics.
• Partner with clients to create tailored care plans, ensuring that they are connected to appropriate community resources.
• Respond to crisis situations by providing interventions, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety plans as warranted.
• Work closely with community organizations to synchronize services and advocate for clients' needs within various systems.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
