Job SummaryThis position is responsible for contracting and network governance activities to include executing the business plan, strategies, analytics and data needs for the division and working with divisional leadership on strategies and business plans for functional areas; working with enterprise areas to ensure there is alignment with the divisional strategy; documenting and conducting analysis of competitive and market information for the division and ensuring integration with overall strategy; managing all divisional short term and long term planning.

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree and 7 years' experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment
* 2 years management experience
* Experience with strategic planning, strategy development, analytics and research
* Experience with Retail Markets
* Experience leading and mentoring staff.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments.
* Organizational skills, including ability to prioritize tasks.
* Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience.
* Business acumen and project/process integration skills.
