This contract role offers an exciting opportunity to lead proposal response efforts within a remote corporate sales environment. The Proposal Manager will oversee the full RFP/RFI process, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of high‑quality proposal documents. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all RFP/RFI response activities from intake through final delivery and reporting
  • Develop and execute proposal plans, including timelines, roles, and workflows
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction for proposal responses
  • Coordinate with internal teams across multiple business segments to gather accurate information
  • Create new response content when existing materials are unavailable
  • Optimize messaging and facilitate compliance reviews
  • Coordinate and track approved references
  • Drive accountability among all contributors involved in the proposal process
