How You'll Make an Impact 

As a Workday Systems Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our HR technology transformation, driving enhancements that improve the employee experience across Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation. You'll partner closely with Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, and plant leadership to deliver scalable Workday solutions that support a dynamic manufacturing environment. If you thrive on solving complex system challenges, optimizing processes, and creating seamless digital experiences, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. 

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions with a primary focus on Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation. 

  • Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations, business processes, validations, notifications, eligibility rules, and condition rules. 

  • Provide consultative support to HR and business stakeholders by recommending system solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. 

  • Investigate and resolve production issues by partnering with Workday Support, implementation partners, payroll vendors, benefit providers, and timekeeping vendors. 

  • Collaborate with integration teams to troubleshoot Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and downstream system issues. 

  • Partner with ERP, Finance, and IT teams to align Workday data and configurations with SAP S/4HANA organizational structures and financial mappings. 

  • Support regression testing, user acceptance testing, release readiness, and functional validation activities for Workday enhancements and updates. 

  • Maintain functional documentation, configuration decisions, job aids, change logs, and data governance standards. 

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. 

  • 3-5 years of Workday configuration experience with demonstrated expertise in Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence Management, and Compensation. 

  • Experience supporting Workday within an enterprise ecosystem and troubleshooting cross-platform functional issues. 

  • Knowledge of Workday business processes, security, validations, condition rules, notifications, and configuration best practices. 

  • Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems, and provide consultative guidance to end users and stakeholders. 

  • Experience supporting Workday integrations, including EIBs, Cloud Connects, or Workday Studio integrations. 

  • Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills. 

  • Understanding of data governance, testing methodologies, and release management practices. 

Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward 

  • Human Resources experience. 

  • Manufacturing industry experience. 

  • Experience supporting Workday and SAP S/4HANA environments. 

  • Workday certification. 

  • Project Management certification or experience leading system improvement initiatives. 

  • Experience with additional Workday modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Workforce Planning, Help, or Journeys.
