Job description

Company Description
At Xplor, we believe that helping people make the most of each day is the most rewarding way to spend ours.
We give small and medium-sized businesses cloud-based, intuitive technology solutions that enable them to manage all the hassles of running and growing a business, so business owners can get back to doing what they love. With Xplor Pay, we help businesses get paid quickly and securely - without hidden fees. We built the tech ourselves, and our platform delivers secure, transparent, fast, and accurate payments.
We are unified by our purpose of helping people to succeed. So, when you become part of our team, you also become part of the personal connection that strengthens the relationship people have with Xplor products.
Job Description
The Mariana Tek marketing team is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who is laser-focused on one thing: getting qualified leads into the funnel and moving them toward pipeline. Reporting to Mariana Tek's Senior Demand Generation Manager, you'll own the execution of programs designed to capture, nurture, and convert prospects - with a relentless eye on lead volume, quality, and conversion rates.
This is a hands-on, executional role. You'll spend your time activating campaigns, optimizing lead flow, writing conversion-focused copy, and digging into the data to find the next opportunity. You won't be building brand strategy - you'll be turning it into leads.
  • Execute in-quarter lead generation programs - build, launch, and optimize campaigns focused on driving qualified leads into the funnel.
  • Promote and distribute content assets (reports, webinars, and more) across channels to maximize lead capture and ensure the sales team is informed
  • Partner with marketing team to ensure lead generation tactics are considered as a part of all our marketing activities (i.e. top prospects in our CRM are invited to an in-person event; social influencers are leveraged for prospecting, etc.)
  • onitor lead quality in partnership with performance marketing, flagging gaps and pushing for improvements when volume or fit falls short.
  • Segment the prospect pool and build targeted nurture campaigns that accelerate leads through their journey toward a sales conversation.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to improve lead flow and routing, using tools like HockeyStack to identify drop-off points and conversion opportunities.
  • Write campaign copy - emails, landing pages, and ads - independently and quickly, without needing significant creative support.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in lead generation, performance marketing, or a similar funnel-focused role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Genuinely obsessed with lead flow and conversion metrics - you know your MQL-to-SQL rate and you always want to improve it.
  • A fast, self-sufficient executor - you can take a brief and deliver without a lot of back-and-forth.
  • Strong conversion copywriting skills; you write emails and landing pages that get clicks and form fills, not just reads.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HockeyStack, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Collaborative and communicative - comfortable working closely with sales and ops to keep lead quality tight.
  • Experience running lead capture programs around content assets like webinars or gated reports.
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, routing logic, or revenue attribution platforms.
  • Background in segmented or account-based lead generation approaches.

The average base salary pay range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000
This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
