• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, utilizing diagnostic tools and methodologies such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to accurately evaluate their mental health status.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with patients, ensuring that cultural diversity and specific needs are addressed based on each unique case.

• Monitor patient progress consistently, implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies to promote therapeutic outcomes and enhance symptom management.

• Maintain meticulous records of treatment plans, patient interactions, and progress notes, adhering to regulatory requirements and departmental standards using advanced electronic health record systems.

• Facilitate collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and external referral agencies, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their needs.

• Provide mentorship and educational opportunities for interns and learners within the facility, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development.

• Contribute to the quality assurance of clinical practices by participating in peer reviews, chart audits, and clinical collaborations aimed at improving team effectiveness.

This role primarily focuses on individuals and families impacted by cancer diagnoses, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns associated with this challenging experience. • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Prior experience in a clinical setting, specifically working with oncology patients or individuals facing significant health-related challenges.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms, enhancing service delivery and patient engagement.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
