Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support a short-term contract focused on building and maintaining an external workforce master dataset. This role involves collecting, validating, reconciling, and maintaining workforce data across multiple enterprise systems including ERP, procurement, AP, and vendor management platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data reconciliation, advanced Excel skills, contract/SOW review, and working with procurement or finance-related datasets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, compile, and maintain workforce data from multiple systems
  • Perform worker-level data reconciliation and validation
  • Cleanse and standardize supplier, worker, and contract information
  • Review contracts/SOWs and extract key workforce and commercial data
  • Support spend analysis by aligning invoices and purchase orders
  • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and reporting issues
  • Partner with Procurement, AP, IT, and business teams to ensure data accuracy
  • Maintain ongoing dataset updates and workforce change tracking
  • Provide regular progress updates and reporting to stakeholders


Required Skills

  • Strong experience in data analysis and reconciliation
  • Advanced Excel skills including:
    • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
    • Pivot Tables
    • Data Cleansing
    • Data Matching & Validation
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
