Additionally, we facilitate collaboration between our providers and clinical leadership through 1:1 consultations, as well as encourage interaction among colleagues through internal communication forums.Measurement-Based Care: Our technology measures symptoms, adherence, and side effects weekly through the active treatment phase and automatically triggers treatment reviews if patients are not improving.
