Job Description:

  • Lead and coordinate endtoend Gen2 onboarding activities
  • Provide hightouch whiteglove support for large enterprise customers WebXT Office
  • Partner with engineering and vendor teams to track progress and remove blockers
  • Maintain onboarding playbooks checklists and communication workflows
  • Analyze telemetry to quantify issues and measure customer impact
  • Build customer funnel visibility progress tracking and migration analytics
  • Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership insights
  • Support continuous improvement of data quality and reporting automation

Required Skills Experience

  • 57 years in Program Management Customer Success or Operations
  • Strong analytics skills across telemetry KPIs and customer signals
