Lead the analysis, project identification, budget, communication and integration, and approve business workflow and project design. Partner with business leaders to identify short and long-term projects to be undertaken within multiple market and product segments. Oversee the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and ensure timely launch and resolve distribution issues associated with accounts.
