Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team on a contract basis. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping the full invoice cycle running smoothly, from initial receipt through final payment, while partnering closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and accurately.   • Job Type: Contract (4+ months)

  • Manage the full invoice cycle, from receipt through payment

  • Support month-end close, including preparing journal entries and completing account reconciliations
