About the roleย 

As an Implementation Analyst you'll partner closely with customers and internal teams to guide smooth implementations and ensure our solutions deliver real value. You'll help validate and document project outcomes, support knowledge sharing across the team, and strengthen long-term client relationships. This position also involves collaborating across groups, adapting to evolving project needs, and traveling as required. ย 

Main responsibilitiesย 

  • Work closely with internal and customer project teams to deliver successful implementations of FeneVision products.ย 
  • Provide support, and guidance to our customers to help them quickly get value out of our product and solution offerings.ย 
  • Test configuration and solutions to ensure they satisfy customer requirements.ย 
  • Manage and update task assignments to meet company and customer commitments.ย 
  • Create and updates client facing documentation including, but not limited to, meeting minutes and trip reports.ย 
  • Support knowledge transfer to other team members or FeneVision groups.ย 
  • Commitment to building long and lasting client relationships.ย 

Requirements:ย 

  • Completed Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology or equivalent.ย 
  • 2-3+ years experience with software implementation.ย 
  • Service oriented with the motivation to meet tight deadlines.ย 
  • Adept at overseeing multiple tasks and projects.ย 
  • Ability to perform individually while working as part of a global team.ย 
  • Proactive profile and a sense of ownership of assigned project tasks.ย 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.ย 
  • Works independently and effectively at client sites.ย 
  • Detail Oriented.ย 
  • A strong knowledge of software systemsย 
  • Availability to travel. ย ย

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, we are committed to providing clear and equitable compensation information. For this remote position, the expected salary range is $55,000 - $85,000 USD, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses, commissions, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates applying from jurisdictions with specific pay disclosure requirements (e.g., California, Colorado, New York, Washington, Illinois, British Columbia) will receive location-specific compensation details in compliance with local laws.
