Overview
Team is supporting an initiative to replace legacy ERP systems (e.g., Oracle 11i) with Oracle Cloud. This role is critical to managing data conversion and transformation efforts across multiple global releases, including a major rollout in North America and Europe (Netherlands, Germany, France) by April 2026.
Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with consultants and business teams on data profiling, governance, and enrichment.
  • Extract data from 3-6 legacy databases using SQL.
  • Validate data against transformation rules and prepare it for Oracle Cloud loading.
  • Map data from source systems to Oracle Cloud tables, including complex logic and new field creation.
  • Support ETL validation and enrichment across mock loads, SIT, UAT, and production.
  • Provide structured Excel templates and repositories to business users.
  • Manually clean and remediate poor-quality data as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle R12 or other Oracle ERP systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud.
  • Familiarity with PL/SQL, Oracle BI tools, or APEX.
  • Strong SQL skills for data mining and transformation.
  • Exposure to ETL tools (Informatica preferred) and data conversion projects.

Requirements:

โ€ข Understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP data model.
โ€ข Strong SQL skills for data mining across multiple sources.

โ€ข Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions precisely.
โ€ข Fluent in English, able to work during European hours.
