Senior Medicaid Contracting Administrator specializing in State Medicaid contracting, contract lifecycle management, government pricing, and Medicaid contract negotiation, supporting Market Access and Account Management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage full lifecycle of State Medicaid contracts including contract execution, contract administration, and contract compliance

  • Support State Medicaid contract negotiations, redlining contracts, and implementing contract strategies aligned with business and legal objectives

  • Interpret complex contract language and assess impact on pricing, rebates, GTN (Gross-to-Net), AMP, URA, Best Price, and government pricing metrics

  • Lead contract redlining for State Medicaid agreements including supplemental rebate agreements and policy-driven updates (e.g., SR-193, Most Favored Nation)

  • Support State Medicaid bid solicitations, contract proposals, and bid response development
