Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Onboarding Engineer to support the successful integration of clients into our Managed Services offering. This role plays a key part in facilitating smooth transitions, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, and maintaining a high level of quality throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a technical point of contact during onboarding. Ensure onboarding tasks and milestones are completed within defined timelines, communicating blockers, and driving resolutions.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings to coordinate onboarding activities, provide updates, and answer questions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote client satisfaction and address evolving needs.
  • Contribute to quality assurance efforts by reviewing configurations, deployments, and documentation to ensure baselines are met and issues are identified proactively.
  • Identify areas for procedural enhancement and contribute to scalable, repeatable onboarding workflows and knowledge documentation.

Required Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Azure environments and associated services.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a client-facing or service delivery role.
  • Comfortable navigating evolving priorities and working across teams to support continuous improvement.
