As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify their psychological and emotional needs.
• Developing and implementing effective treatment plans and interventions based on individual patient assessments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and facilitating patient care through detailed documentation and participation in care team meetings, such as patient rounds.
• Providing comprehensive case management, involving consultation with community resources and professionals to ensure patients receive optimum care.
• Maintaining ethical and timely documentation as per departmental and legal requirements to uphold high standards of care.

You will be working with a diverse patient population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families, each presenting unique challenges and backgrounds. Our clients come to us seeking assistance with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and trauma recovery. Your role as a clinician will be crucial in guiding them through evidence-based interventions leading to transformative outcomes.

• A graduate degree in a relevant field and a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in mental health counseling or therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective interactions with clients and collaboration with team members.

• Experience in telehealth therapy is preferred, but not mandatory, as we provide training for telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT, is highly advantageous.
• A background in case management and working with community resources will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
