Responsibilities
  • Develop, refresh, and optimize website content for clinical, product, solution, and educational pages.
  • Write clear, evidence-based content for healthcare professionals and other decision-makers in regulated environments.
  • Translate clinical, customer, product, and business input into accurate web content that supports the user journey.
  • Apply SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices to improve discoverability, structure, and content quality.
  • Collaborate with SEO, UX, analytics, web technology, and agency partners on content strategy and implementation.
  • Partner with medical, legal, regulatory, claims, brand, and privacy reviewers to ensure content is accurate and approval-ready.
  • Use performance data, search insights, and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities and guide improvements.
  • Support CMS updates, metadata improvements, structured content needs, and ongoing site maintenance.
  • Contribute to a cohesive solution-oriented narrative that strengthens trust, credibility, and brand alignment.
