Job description

Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Remote Office - Remote, WA 98683Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 Salary/yearJob Category: MarketingCore Health & Fitness is looking for a Social & Inbound Marketing Manager to own the social presence and inbound channel execution across its commercial fitness ecosystem โ€” nine brands serving gyms, performance facilities, wellness operators, and fitness professionals worldwide: Core, Nautilus, StairMaster, Star Trac, Schwinn, Throwdown, Gym Rax, CoreFit Collective, and Wexer.     This role is equal parts strategist and executor. You\'ll manage day-to-day social operations with a primary focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, support email deployment and landing page execution, manage content within the CoreFit Collective app across its free, monthly, and annual subscription tiers, and serve as our boots-on-the-ground at strategic live trade events. You\'ll work in close partnership with the Content Creators to bring the content plan to life across channels, collaborate with our videographer/producer to ensure video assets are optimized for each platform and placement, and keep our third-party marketing firm on-brand and on-schedule. If you love being in the mix, tracking what\'s working, and showing up where the industry is happening, this role was built for you.     We are looking for a Social and Inbound Marketing Manager to join our growing organization! QualificationsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Social Media Management & Community Engagement \tOwn day-to-day social operations across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube โ€” scheduling posts, managing the content calendar, and ensuring publishing cadence stays consistent with the plan set by the Content Creators, with platform priority sequenced accordingly. \tMonitor and respond to DMs, comments, and community activity across platforms, representing the brand with speed, personality, and accuracy. \tMaintain and update the link-in-bio hub to reflect active campaigns, product priorities, and changing business needs โ€” keeping it current and conversion-ready at all times.   Email & Landing Page Execution \tSupport deployment of email marketing campaigns through HubSpot โ€” coordinating with the Content Creators on copy and scheduling to ensure sends are timed, tested, and on-brand. \tBuild and maintain landing pages that support campaign launches, product promotions, and inbound initiatives โ€” ensuring copy, layout, and CTAs are aligned with the broader strategy. \tMaintain consistency between email, landing page, and social messaging so every touchpoint in a campaign feels connected and intentional.   CoreFit Collective App Content Management \tOwn content operations within the CoreFit Collective app โ€” uploading, organizing, and publishing content across all three subscription tiers (free, monthly, and annual) in alignment with the content strategy set by the Content Creators. \tOptimize thumbnails and content presentation within the app to drive tier upgrades and reduce churn โ€” applying conversion-focused thinking to every piece of content that goes live. \tMonitor app content performance and surface insights back to the Content Creators and Global Manager to inform future programming decisions and tier strategy.   Video Content & Production Collaboration \tWork closely with the Global Manager, Marketing Operations & Product Positioning and the Content Creators to ensure the videographer/producer has a clear brief on content strategy, platform destination, and format requirements before production begins. \tServe as the platform execution lead for video assets โ€” ensuring finished video content is properly formatted, captioned, thumbnailed, and scheduled for each channel\'s specifications, with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube sequenced by priority. \tProvide platform-level feedback on video performance to inform future production decisions, closing the loop between what gets created and what actually converts.   Performance Reporting & KPI Tracking \tOwn social and inbound channel reporting โ€” compiling and presenting KPIs across reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through, and conversion on a regular cadence. \tTranslate performance data into clear, actionable insights that inform content decisions, channel investment, and campaign optimization. \tCollaborate with the Global Manager, Marketing Operations & Product Positioning to ensure reporting reflects both brand-level and portfolio-level priorities.   Third-Party Partner Coordination \tServe as the day-to-day point of contact with Core\'s third-party marketing firm โ€” ensuring external content is on-brand, integrated into the master content schedule, and aligned with active campaign priorities. \tParticipate in regular check-ins and KPI reviews with the external firm, providing clear feedback and directional guidance to keep output consistent with internal standards. \tFlag misalignments early and escalate to the Global Manager when strategic direction needs clarification or course correction.   Live Event & Tradeshow Coverage \tTravel to industry tradeshows and live events to provide real-time social coverage โ€” capturing and posting day-of content that puts our audience inside the action as it happens. \tDevelop and schedule start-of-day and end-of-day social posts that frame the event narrative, highlight key moments, and build momentum across the show floor and our channels. \tCoordinate pre-event and post-event content with the Content Creators to ensure tradeshow coverage integrates seamlessly into the broader campaign arc.   WHAT YOU BRING \t3+ years of hands-on social media management experience, ideally within a multi-brand, B2B, or commercial environment. \tPlatform fluency across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube โ€” with a clear understanding of how content format, tone, and cadence must adapt for each, and an eye on emerging platforms. \tExperience managing content within a subscription app or digital platform โ€” familiarity with content tiers, thumbnail optimization, and conversion-focused content presentation is a strong plus. \tExperience with social scheduling tools, HubSpot or comparable email platforms, and basic landing page builders. \tStrong analytical instincts โ€” you know which metrics matter, why they matter, and how to communicate them clearly to stakeholders who aren\'t deep in the data. \tA communicator who can manage external partners with confidence โ€” giving direct, constructive feedback and keeping third parties accountable to brand standards. \tComfortable collaborating with creative producers โ€” you can translate a content strategy brief into clear platform and format direction for a videographer without losing anything in translation. \tComfortable on the road and energized by live events โ€” you thrive in fast-moving environments where you\'re both the journalist and the editor. \tWorking proficiency in Canva or comparable tools for social asset creation and on-the-fly content needs. \tExperience in fitness, wellness, or sports industries is a plus โ€” but a genuine passion for the space is non-negotiable.   Working Conditions   The physical and environmental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions
