Job description

Company Description

Hirevue is where hiring happens - transforming the way organizations discover, engage, and hire the best talent. Connecting companies and candidates anytime, anywhere, Hirevue's end-to-end hiring platform features video interviewing, assessments and conversational AI. The industry leader in science backed, modern hiring solutions powered by ethical AI, Hirevue has hosted more than 70 million video interviews and 200 million chat-based candidate engagements for over 1200 pioneering customers around the globe.

Job Description

At Hirevue, we are fundamentally changing how the world discovers, hires, and develops talent. We don't just build software; we build the ethical AI and video interviewing platforms that connect millions of people to their next great opportunity.

We are looking for a Director, Strategic Programs & Customer Engagement-a senior cross-functional leader and strategic operator responsible for shaping and scaling HireVue's highest-value customer, executive, and strategic partner engagement programs. If you are a natural builder, a relationship mastermind, and someone who thrives on turning big executive visions into world-class, human-centric experiences that move the needle on revenue, this is your next career-defining role.

What You'll Do

You will serve as the architect and driving force of our engagement strategy across the entire buyer journey. This role is the vital connective tissue across our organization-linking Brand, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Alliances, and our Executive Leadership team. You aren't just managing programs; you are building a unified, premium ecosystem that strengthens advocacy, drives long-term customer loyalty, and accelerates revenue pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect Premium Engagement Strategy: Own the vision, design, and end-to-end execution of HireVue's crown-jewel engagement initiatives, including Horizon, Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), our Executive Sponsor Program, and high-impact partner activations.

  • Drive the Event Blueprint: Lead the strategic agenda, positioning, and delivery for Vue Days, localized customer immersion experiences, and elite virtual webinars that bring our "Human Potential Intelligence" narrative to life.

  • Unify Cross-Functional Ecosystems: Act as a senior liaison across the organization, seamlessly bridging self-starting teams and siloed departments into a cohesive, world-class experience for our highest-value customers and partners.

  • Operationalize GTM & Executive Initiatives: Partner directly with our Chief Evangelist and executive leadership to scale key strategic programs, including sophisticated customer segmentation and our "Human-in-the-Loop" service model.

  • Translate the Complex for Executives: Take deep technical concepts-such as product roadmaps, Strategic Alliance integrations, and ethical AI developments (e.g., our AI Explainability Statement)-and translate them into compelling, clear content tailored for executive and partner audiences.

  • Measure Business & Revenue Impact: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on executive sentiment, partner velocity, program engagement, and-most importantly-the direct influence of these initiatives on retention, renewal, and pipeline acceleration.

  • Scale with a Premium Touch: Identify operational bottlenecks, streamline strategic vendor management, and optimize budgets to allow our enterprise and partner relationships to scale without losing the highly personalized touch they require.

Qualifications

Who You Are

You are a highly strategic, cross-functional leader who can navigate fast-moving, technical SaaS environments with grace, gravitas, and wit. You understand the nuances of managing senior enterprise stakeholders and strategic partners, and you possess the unique ability to think big picture while ensuring flawless execution.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience leading strategic operations, program management, or high-growth B2B SaaS customer-facing functions, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership or directorial capacity.

  • Track Record: A proven history of successfully designing and scaling customer advisory boards, executive engagement programs, partner activations, or premium community-led initiatives (ideally within technical, enterprise, or regulated spaces).

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA, PMP, or advanced CX strategy certifications are highly preferred.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), automation tools (HubSpot), and project management frameworks. A strong familiarity with AI-driven workflows and enterprise SaaS ecosystems is a major advantage.

  • The "Architect" Mindset: Exceptional communication, storytelling, and synthesis skills, with a demonstrated ability to turn complex executive visions into practical, measurable, and highly polished market outcomes.
