We are looking for an Agency Partnerships Lead with 5-10 years of experience to make us the default Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform for agencies worldwide. This person will be a hands-on builder, responsible for developing our agency partnership program from the ground up. We need someone with a strong network in the agency world who can leverage their existing relationships to drive revenue and establish us as a category leader.

What will you be doing?

  • Own the entire agency partner pipeline, from prospecting and pitching to closing six-figure deals with major holding companies like WPP and Omnicom.
  • Develop and scale tiered partnership programs, including referral, reseller, and white-label options.
  • Build and leverage a network of relationships with decision-makers at top-tier and boutique marketing agencies.
  • Create enablement materials, including pitch decks and case studies, to help agency partners successfully sell GEO services to their clients.
  • Host webinars and represent us at industry events to build our brand and partner community.
Requirements:
5 - 10 years of experience selling B2B SaaS to marketing agencies (Mandatory)
Held an agency partnerships, agency sales, or strategic agency development role previously — AE experience targeting agencies also acceptable (Mandatory)
Experience selling B2B SaaS and has an existing network of agency leaders to activate (Mandatory)
Experience building or scaling a partner program at a Series A/B company (Mandatory)
GEO/AI search & SEO/SEM fluency: Must understand how agencies sell search services and be able to articulate value prop to both agency owners and their clients (Mandatory)
Deep understanding of agency economics (retainers, project fees, margins) and how PR/digital/marketing agencies operate (Mandatory)
Has a 'builder mentality' to create playbooks and processes (Mandatory)
Based in the US and can work East Coast hours (Mandatory)
Willing to travel for industry events once or twice a month (Nice-to-have)
