Staying organized and proactive in providing feedback can help maintain workflow efficiency and ensure high-quality content delivery.

At Magnite, we cultivate an environment of continuous growth and collaboration. Our work impacts what millions of people read, watch, and buy, and we're looking for people to help us tackle that responsibility with creativity and focus. Magnite (NASDAQ: MGNI) is the world's largest independent sell-side advertising platform. Publishers use our technology to monetize their content across all screens and formats including CTV / streaming, online video, display, and audio. Our tech fuels billions of transactions per day!

About this team:

As Associate Manager, Go-to-Market, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Product Marketing organization by managing workflow, coordinating assignments, and maintaining visibility across GTM initiatives. You will work closely with Product Marketing leadership to ensure priorities are reflected in team workflows and that projects are progressing on time and with clarity. In addition, you will serve as the central point of coordination for GTM communications-managing the development and distribution of executive updates, internal announcements, and external client communications. You will gather inputs from across Product Marketing and cross-functional teams, draft clear and timely messaging, and ensure consistent delivery to stakeholders, leadership, and clients.

In this role, you will:

GTM Operations & Workflow Coordination

  • Manage Asana as the central hub for Product Marketing workflows, coordinating intake of requests from Product and Commercial teams and assigning tasks to PMM team members based on defined swimlanes, ownership, and bandwidth.

  • Ensure workflows reflect priorities set by Product Marketing leadership, maintain visibility into project status, timelines, and team capacity, and proactively follow up to keep deliverables on track while flagging risks or delays.

  • Develop standardized GTM workflows and templates to support different types of initiatives, such as product launches, partnership announcements, and sales enablement programs.

GTM Communications (Internal & External)
  • Support the development and execution of internal communications, including regular updates for executive leadership and the Senior Leadership Team, as well as company-wide announcements.

  • Assist in coordinating external communications for product launches and updates, including client messaging, release communications, and promotional email campaigns tied to broader GTM initiatives.

  • Contribute to developing clear, timely messaging for service updates or unexpected issues, ensuring stakeholders and clients are informed with accuracy and clarity.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, field marketing, or B2B marketing; ad tech experience is a plus but not required.

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong, hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com, including workflow setup, intake management, task assignment, and reporting/dashboard creation

  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce to build and segment client contact lists for targeted communications

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to synthesize technical concepts into clear and concise messaging

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Marketo, or HubSpot, and basic data reporting.

  • Experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini to automate and scale content production efficiency is a plus.

  • A collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and a comfort level working across departments and time zones.

In California, the base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000

In Colorado, the base salary range for the role is $95,000 - $105,000

Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.

This role is also eligible for:

  • Annual performance-based bonus

  • Equity (NASDAQ: MGNI)

  • Comprehensive benefits package

During the interview process, candidates will receive more specific information about the salary range applicable to their experience and location.

Perks and Benefits:

  • Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage from Day One

  • Generous Time Off

  • Holiday Breaks and Quarterly Wellness Days

  • Equity and Employee Stock Purchase Plan

  • Family-Focused Benefits and Parental Leave

  • 401k Retirement Savings Plan with Employer Match

  • Disability and Life Insurance

  • Cell Phone Subsidy

  • Monthly Fitness and Reimbursement

Career Growth:

We support internal mobility, skill development, and leadership pathways through structured career frameworks and learning programs.

Magnite's culture is rooted in collaboration and connection, recognizing that both are essential to success. Our hybrid schedule includes two remote workdays (Monday and Friday) and three in-office days (Tuesday through Thursday), where employees can take advantage of catered lunches, beverages, snacks, training opportunities, and engaging office events that enhance the work experience. In addition, we support our team through meaningful benefits and programs, including community service and volunteer opportunities, company-matched charitable contributions, access to mental health resources, structured career development initiatives and growth frameworks, culture and inclusion programs, and our Bonusly peer-to-peer recognition platform.
