Accountabilities
  • Design, build, and manage comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales, business development, solutions engineering, and customer success team members to accelerate productivity and time-to-impact.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, go-to-market enablement, learning and development, or a related role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering enablement programs that improve sales performance, onboarding efficiency, or team productivity.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS sales cycles and methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating with product marketing teams to create sales-ready content, competitive materials, and customer-facing messaging.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with confidence leading both large training sessions and individual coaching conversations.

  • Strong project management abilities with experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines independently.
  • Familiarity with sales and enablement tools such as Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear and engaging narratives.
  • Experience supporting global teams across multiple regions and time zones is considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, DevOps, FinOps, or related technical domains is a plus.
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, workflows, coaching, and content development is highly valued.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications.
  • Flexible, remote-first working environment.
  • Opportunity to collaborate with a global team of technology experts and innovators.
  • Equity options.
  • Professional development budget, including access to courses, training programs, and industry conferences.
