As the Global UX Research & Design Specialist, you will be a key driver in shaping the digital experience for Deckers' global brands. You'll join a team dedicated to creating meaningful consumer value and business impact by delivering seamless, high-performing experiences across digital and physical touchpoints. Who You Are

  • Strong human-centered mindset with experience in site optimization, research, testing, design, and analytics.
  • Skilled in leading research and design strategies that meet user needs across the globe.
  • Experienced in creating a data-driven and collaborative decision-making environment.
  • Advanced industry knowledge of innovative technology and UX/UI practices.
  • Proficient in optimization and UX tools, with strong attention to detail and advanced data management skills.
  • Experienced with Figma and familiar with HTML/CSS/JS and visual editors.
  • Background in working with B2C brands.
  • Bachelor's degree in UX, User Centered Design preferred and/or related work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in user research, UX design, digital design, digital analytics, A/B testing, personalization platforms, and behavioral analytics (Fullstory, Content Square).
  • Demonstrates Deckers global leadership competencies: authenticity, championing diverse teams, driving strategy, cultivating innovation, delivering results, and building connection.
