Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Remote New York

Job Summary:
WonderWay ABA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. We're looking for passionate professionals with a strong background in ABA and a commitment to improving the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience practicing as a BCBA and thrive in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual intake assessments and prepare detailed reports

  • Provide remote supervision and guidance to clients and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Monitor and analyze client progress through digital data collection platforms

  • Train and support families in implementing individualized treatment plans via telehealth

  • Maintain regular communication with clients, families, RBTs, and the Clinical Director

  • Respond promptly to client needs and inquiries in a professional and supportive manner

  • Perform additional remote duties as required to support client care

Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification (Required)

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with children with ASD (Preferred)

  • Experience with remote supervision and telehealth delivery preferred

  • Comfortable using technology for virtual communication, training, and documentation

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
