As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Social Empowering Endeavors, you will take on a variety of responsibilities critical to providing patient-centered care:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of individuals, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans using best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Deliver various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), matching the treatment approach to clients’ specific requirements and preferences.
• Maintain accurate clinical records to comply with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring timely documentation of patient progress and interventions.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care within the detox setting.
• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews to refine therapeutic techniques and share insights on improving patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, available treatments, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into day-to-day clinical practice.
• Work diligently to manage a full caseload, adhering to ethical guidelines set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) while striving to meet established treatment goals with each patient.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including adults facing mental health challenges alongside substance use disorders. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, particularly in psychotherapy provision.
