Job description

Pete Fowler Construction Services seeks an experienced Construction Cost Estimator who has a strong desire to be a part of a team continuously striving to learn new technical and analytical skills in the construction industry. Specifically,ย we seek an Estimator with experience in: Residential, New Build, Remodel, and Damage Repair. (While we highly respect those who are experienced Insurance and Commercial Estimation that is NOT our need at this time.)ย ย  ย  ย

TO BE QUALIFIED FOR THIS POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE:ย
  • Years of demonstrated experience in construction project cost estimating and/or construction management.

  • Ability to perform the physical requirements needed to conduct onsite inspections.ย
  • Knowledge of Building Sciences preferred.ย
  • Architectural or engineering registration, construction license(s), and/or inspection certification(s) preferred.ย
  • Intermediate-advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Email, and Internet Research Tools.ย
