  • Quantity Takeoffs: Perform detailed material and quantity takeoffs using modern estimating tools and software.
  • Subcontractor Procurement and Leveling: Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and vendor bids to eliminate scope gaps and identify potential constructability risks.
  • RFI and Bid Clarification Management: Formulate Requests for Information (RFIs), bid clarifications, and alternate pricing scenarios during preconstruction.
  • Inter-Departmental Alignment: Coordinate closely with Estimating, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project handoffs from bid phase through site mobilization.
  • Value Engineering and Budgeting: Assist clients and design teams with conceptual budgeting, value engineering options, and constructability reviews.
  • Multi-Bid Execution: Manage multiple active bids simultaneously while maintaining strict quality controls and meeting rigid submission deadlines.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

  • National Portfolio: History of estimating projects for multi-state or national commercial client accounts.
  • Subcontractor Network: Established skills in subcontractor relationship management, vendor negotiation, and outreach.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Remote Work Flexibility: 100% full-time remote position operating within Eastern Time Zone hours.
  • Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with generous company matching.
