All candidates will be required to complete at least one in-person interview as part of our hiring process.
Job Summary: This individual will conduct a wide range of quality assurance tasks, including analyzing requirements, developing and executing tests, evaluating results and reporting.
Principal Responsibilities:
  • Review documentation to understand testing requirements, test environments and objectives.
  • Proactively participate in maintaining and improving team standards and best practices
  • Translate requirements into detailed test cases
  • Peer review other team members test cases
  • Participate in all phases of testing.
  • Communicate status of work to the team

Required Skills/Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience working as a QA Tester
  • Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effectively collaborate and coordinate with both onshore and offshore team members
  • Experience testing web-based applications on desktops and mobile devices
  • SQL knowledge
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
  • Ability to think abstract "outside the box "
  • Passionate about product success.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience working with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (preferred).
  • Experience and understanding of agile development life cycle.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology related field (preferred).
  • Prior Health IT experience (a plus)
  • Insurance claims experience (a plus)
  • Prior experience with EDI transactions (a plus)
