Job Title: Project Manager (Luxury Residential)

Salary: - $160-$190k base + Fully Covered Health Benefits, 401k w/ match, PTO, Auto Allowance

Requirements: Ground-up Luxury Residential or Custom Home experience (7+ years with good tenure)


We're a growing custom home builder in the Collier County market with one of the strongest pipelines of local ground-up work.

We're looking to bring on a strong Project Manager with luxury home construction experience due to growth. The ideal candidate will be client facing, looking for a long-term fit, and local to the area.

Packages will include a $160k-$190k base, bonus plan, vehicle allowance, fully covered healthcare and more.


What You Need for This Role:


  • Must have at least 7+ years of full-scope ground-up custom home experience
  • Strong tenure + a desire to join a culture driven firm
