Help deliver some of the most ambitious millwork projects in the country.


McKenzie Craft is a luxury custom fabrication firm in Miami, FL. We are hiring an Assistant Project Manager to help our PMs keep complex architectural millwork projects organized, accountable, and on schedule.


What you will do

Support PMs from project kickoff through closeout

Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement

Run smaller-scale projects as acting PM when assigned

Keep documentation tight and organized in Innergy

Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Field, and client teams


What you bring

2+ years in construction or project coordination

Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred

Comfort reading shop drawings and project documentation

Microsoft Office and PM software fluency (Innergy a plus)


Salaried, exempt. Reports to the Senior Project Manager.

This is a full time in office/onsite location. Minimal remote work available.

We do not pay for relocating.
