The Opportunity

Build Projects. Build Relationships. Build a Career. Think and Execute Like a Business Owner.

SR Construction Services, LLC is an established commercial and industrial general contractor with more than 16 years of national operational experience. As we continue expanding our footprint with legacy accounts and building new, long-term client relationships, we are strategically growing our elite team to support this demand without sacrificing our high standards of service.

We are seeking an autonomous, high-caliber Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager who thrives on absolute project ownership, accountability, and bottom-line results. This role is built for a seasoned construction executive who can independently drive complex portfolios from preconstruction through final financial closeout. At SR Construction Services, we explicitly reject micro-management; our Project Managers are trusted to make high-level decisions, solve problems proactively, protect profitability, and represent the firm with total professionalism. We don't believe in simply managing projects we believe in owning them.

To give you the runway needed to succeed, our dedicated Project Engineering team handles the administrative heavy lifting—including submittals, procurement coordination, RFIs, and document tracking—leaving you free to focus entirely on project execution, financial leadership, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

You will hold ultimate responsibility for the lifecycle execution, financial performance, and overall client experience across multiple simultaneous commercial and industrial builds:

  • Simultaneous Portfolio Command: Direct and manage multiple national commercial and industrial construction projects concurrently from initial preconstruction through final financial closeout.
  • Profitability & Margin Protection: Safeguard project margins through aggressive cost control, proactive resource planning, and real-time risk mitigation.
  • Schedule Architecture: Develop, baseline, and actively manage master project schedules to guarantee on-time delivery across all milestones.
  • Financial Controls & Buyout: Prepare, negotiate, and execute profitable change orders, master subcontracts, and financial forecasting updates.
  • Executive Stakeholder Liaison: Lead all owner-architect-contractor (OAC) meetings and maintain outstanding, trust-based communication channels with clients to generate repeat business.
  • Multi-Trade Orchestration: Coordinate and align architects, engineers, consultants, trade subcontractors, material vendors, and on-site field superintendents.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as a direct mentor to Project Engineers and provide robust logistical and administrative backing to field Superintendents.
  • Proactive Conflict Resolution: Identify field and design bottlenecks early, developing practical, actionable solutions before they impact schedule, cost, or client satisfaction.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

  • Project Management Tenure: 10+ years of dedicated, professional experience running commercial and/or industrial general contracting projects as a Lead PM.
  • Financial Portfolio Verification: Demonstrated success independently managing individual project budgets ranging from $2 million to $20+ million.
  • Diverse Built-Environment Expertise: Proven track record executing commercial renovations, high-end tenant improvements (TI), complex adaptive reuse, industrial facilities, and/or ground-up builds.
  • Safety Credentialing: An active, verified OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification is strictly required.
  • Technical & Commercial Literacy: Deep knowledge of commercial construction means and methods, legal construction contracts, scheduling logic, budgeting, and comprehensive procurement/buyout strategies.
  • Software Infrastructure: High proficiency utilizing Procore project management software alongside Microsoft Office 365 (Advanced Excel) and standard construction scheduling suites.
  • Mobility & Travel Flexibility: Excellent communication skills paired with a complete willingness and capability to travel nationally to jobsites as project milestones require.

What Success Looks Like

Our most successful and highly compensated Project Managers consistently demonstrate these elite behaviors:

  • Anticipate logistical and structural problems long before they impact the jobsite.
  • Develop practical, business-minded solutions before escalating challenges to leadership.
  • Lead owners, architects, and field teams with quiet confidence and absolute professionalism.
  • Protect strict project profitability without sacrificing critical client relationships.
  • Hold subcontractors firmly accountable to their contractual obligations, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Successfully close projects out both operationally in the field and financially in the ledger.

Compensation & Premium Benefits

We reward administrative precision, financial performance, and milestone ownership with a transparent total rewards structure directly aligned with the value you create:

  • Competitive Base Pay: $135,000.00 annual base salary with structured pathways for career expansion within a nationally growing contractor.
  • Project Performance Incentive Program: Lucrative execution bonuses earned upon final project financial closeout, calculated directly from value created through profitability, schedule velocity, quality control, documentation, and client satisfaction.
  • Comprehensive Travel Provisions: 100% company-paid travel lodging, flights, and eligible business expenses.
  • Future Wealth Generation: Corporate 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan featuring a dedicated 4% company matching contribution.
  • Work-Life Balance Allocations: Generous frameworks for Paid Time Off (PTO) alongside paid company holidays.
