Sparks Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction-focused projects from initial planning through final completion. This remote role (MUST live in the Trafford area) requires a proactive professional who can independently manage multiple projects while coordinating estimating, planning, procurement, scheduling, and field execution. The ideal candidate understands the full lifecycle of construction projects and can effectively align internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful delivery. Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct projects through all phases, including planning, budgeting, execution, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Prepare project estimates, material takeoffs, and customer proposals.
  • Review contracts, scopes, and project specifications to ensure alignment with requirements.
  • Lead pre-construction meetings and ongoing project status discussions with internal teams and customers.
