This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Our counselors enjoy a structured schedule, typically Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, without the burden of on-call responsibilities. You will work in a technologically driven outpatient setting that prioritizes effective therapeutic interactions and ongoing support.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.
• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques while leading live video sessions, focusing on CBT approaches.
• Monitor and document client progress in a user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system to streamline case management and reporting.
• Provide clients with self-guided resources to complement their therapy sessions and foster independent coping strategies.
• Participate in weekly consultation sessions with peers and supervisors to enhance clinical skills and case discussions.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure seamless operational support, allowing you to concentrate fully on client care.

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work is required.
• Active independent licensure in Florida as an LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW.
• Minimum of 1 year of independent licensure experience.
• Prior experience with CBT and evidence-based interventions is essential, with a preference for applicants possessing over 2 years of direct experience.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology to enhance therapeutic interventions and client communication.

• Experience working in a remote environment or prior telehealth practice.
• Demonstrable ability and enthusiasm for integrating technological solutions within therapeutic sessions.
• Familiarity with diverse treatment modalities beyond CBT, providing a holistic approach to mental health care.
