Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships while driving sales across Precast Concrete product lines.

Job Duties:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, land development managers and key decision-makers to increase sales and revenue.

· Promote Precast solutions through customer consultations and on-site visits.

· Prospect and develop new business opportunities and maintain accurate records in CRM.

· Collaborate with regional and national teams on sales promotions and marketing strategies.

· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

· Provide technical support and education on product applications and specifications.

· Prepare and present monthly sales activity and forecast reports.

· Attend construction site meetings and support project planning and execution.

Work Environment:

  • Remote-based with frequent travel to customer locations and construction sites within Florida.
  • Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions on job sites.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry samples and product materials up to 50 lbs.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, construction management, or a related field.
  • Prior sales experience in construction material product lines highly preferred.
