Job description

Cornelis Networks delivers the world’s highest performance scale-out networking solutions for AI and HPC datacenters. Our differentiated architecture seamlessly integrates hardware, software and system level technologies to maximize the efficiency of GPU, CPU and accelerator-based compute clusters at any scale. Our solutions drive breakthroughs in AI & HPC workloads, empowering our customers to push the boundaries of innovation. Backed by top-tier venture capital and strategic investors, we are committed to innovation, performance and scalability - solving the world’s most demanding computational challenges with our next-generation networking solutions.

We are a fast-growing, forward-thinking team of architects, engineers, and business professionals with a proven track record of building successful products and companies. As a global organization, our team spans multiple U.S. states and six countries, and we continue to expand with exceptional talent in onsite, hybrid, and fully remote roles.

Cornelis Networks is entering a period of significant pipeline growth, and we need the operational backbone to match it. We are hiring a Campaign and Marketing Operations Manager to build the operating system for marketing and GTM: the campaigns, tracking, and reporting infrastructure that lets us scale programs and targeting across direct enterprise sales and the full indirect ecosystem of OEMs, partners, and channels.

This role sits at the center of how marketing and sales work together. You will plan and run campaigns, build and maintain the systems that track leads and conversion through the funnel, and give the CMO, sales, business development, and broader leadership team a clear, reliable picture of what is working. You are equally comfortable in a spreadsheet, a marketing automation platform, and a room with sales leadership, and you would rather build a system that scales than patch together a one-off report.

You will report to the CMO and work as a close, day-to-day partner to the CRO and sales operations, translating marketing and sales objectives into programs, targeting, and metrics that hold up as the business scales.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Program Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across direct and indirect channels, including OEM and partner co-marketing programs.
  • Own paid media planning and execution, including agency management, budget allocation, and channel mix.
  • Build and run nurture programs that move leads through the funnel based on behavior, fit, and stage.
  • Own the webinar program end to end, from topic and speaker selection through promotion, delivery, and follow-up.
  • Manage campaign calendars and coordinate across content, digital, product marketing, and field teams to keep programs on schedule and on target.
  • Build repeatable campaign playbooks and processes that scale with aggressive pipeline growth targets, from top-of-funnel through closed-won.

Marketing & GTM Operations

  • Build and own the operating system for marketing and GTM operations, including automated lead tracking and conversion tracking across the full funnel.
  • Own and manage the ABM platform, from account selection and orchestration to reporting and optimization.
  • Plan and run ABM waves aligned to target account lists, sales priorities, and pipeline goals.
  • Build and maintain a KPI scorecard for marketing and GTM performance, shared regularly with the CMO, CRO, and executive team.
  • Design and run periodic survey waves to track brand awareness, buyer perception, and market positioning.

Data, Attribution & Measurement

  • Build and maintain attribution models that connect campaign activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes across direct and indirect sales motions.
  • Run recurring answer-engine audits to track how Cornelis shows up in AI-generated answers and search results, and turn the findings into content and SEO priorities.
  • Partner with sales operations to keep lead and opportunity data clean, consistent, and actionable across systems.

Sales Alignment & Channel Programs

  • Own SDR alignment, including lead routing, scoring, and outbound sequences that connect marketing programs to timely follow-up.
  • Build and manage channel marketing programs that give OEM and partner sellers the campaigns, content, and enablement they need to sell alongside Cornelis.
  • Serve as a close partner to the CMO and CRO, translating marketing and sales objectives into an operational plan both teams can execute against.
  • Align marketing programs and targeting with sales priorities across direct enterprise, OEM, and channel partner motions.
  • Support planning and reporting for aggressive pipeline growth targets, making sure marketing systems and processes can scale with the business rather than become a bottleneck.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of campaign experience in B2B technology companies, with a track record of managing integrated marketing campaigns end to end.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and ABM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, or Demandbase.
  • Experience running paid media programs and managing agency partners across channels.
  • Experience running webinar and nurture programs that generate and progress pipeline.
  • Experience aligning marketing programs with SDR or BDR outreach, including lead routing and sequence design.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience building KPI dashboards, attribution models, and campaign reporting that connects marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience aligning marketing programs with sales objectives, including account-based and territory-based targeting.
  • Comfort working across both direct and indirect sales motions, including OEM, partner, and channel programs.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a track record of building systems that scale rather than one-off fixes.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment with high autonomy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI products or solutions companies, or strong interest in the AI infrastructure space.
  • Experience designing and running brand or market perception survey waves.
  • Familiarity with answer-engine optimization or generative engine optimization practices.
  • Experience supporting GTM at a company going through a major pipeline scaling or growth inflection.
