Essential Job Functions
ERP Platform Ownership & Architecture
- Serve as the functional platform owner for Infor SyteLine, establishing standards for configuration, process alignment, data integrity, and controlled change.
- Define and maintain global ERP design principles, site templates, and governance models to reduce variation and improve scalability.
- Own the ERP functional roadmap aligned to business priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Global Process Design & Optimization
- Lead ERP-enabled process optimization initiatives across global operations, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Inventory, Design to Release, Demand to Build, Inspect to Correct, Project to Profit, Financial Plan to Report, Multi-site Ops and Finance
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable ERP solution designs, functional specifications, and configuration strategies.
Change Control, Validation & Release Governance
- Own and enforce ERP change control practices for SyteLine configuration changes, enhancements, integrations, and reporting updates.
- Establish ERP release standards covering intake, impact assessment, testing, validation evidence, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Coordinate ERP change governance with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and IT to minimize operational and compliance risk.
- Ensure ERP changes align with controlled manufacturing and validation expectations, including traceability, audit readiness, and documentation discipline.
Data & Analytics Enablement
- Define and govern ERP data standards required to support accurate analytics, reporting, and decision-making.
- Lead functional design for ERP analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and drill-to-detail reporting supporting operational and management use cases.
- Drive data consistency across sites to enable reliable analytics.
- Evaluate and prioritize analytics and automation opportunities enabled through Infor's analytics and process innovation capabilities.
Infor Roadmap & Innovation Adoption
- Maintain current knowledge of Infor's CSI / SyteLine roadmap and evaluate new capabilities for ATL applicability.
- Identify and propose high-value use cases for automation, process mining, and AI-driven workflows using Infor Velocity Suite and AI agents.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to functional and IT leaders on ERP strategy, process standardization, and platform evolution.
- Mentor analysts and key business subject matter experts, raising organizational maturity in ERP usage and process discipline.
Travel & Schedule
- Travel up to 25% of time (Both domestic and international)
- Able to work with a flexible schedule. Will require early morning or evening meetings with international teams at times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial in manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and optimizing SyteLine in controlled manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, planning, and quality processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent senior-level experience.
- Experience supporting global, multi-site ERP deployments.
- Experience with ERP reporting, analytics, and data governance.
- Familiarity with audit, compliance, and segregation-of-duties concepts.
