Quality Assurance Manager Sr. - Secret
Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to support the Defense Logistics Agency. This role ensures quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across a mission‑critical DoD ecosystem of 34+ integrated procurement, financial, and logistics applications. You will lead QA activities across SAFe Agile development cycles, cloud‑native modernization efforts, and DevSecOps pipelines hosted in AWS GovCloud IL4/5.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAFe Agile QA activities including test planning, automated test execution, regression testing, and data integrity validation across Iterations and Program Increments.
  • Develop automated test scripts and integrate tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and SonarQube into CI/CD DevSecOps pipelines supporting AWS GovCloud IL4/5 environments.
  • Manage change control processes, including build promotions to UAT and Production, ensuring compliance with DLA Enterprise Change Management (ECM) standards.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand‑ups, Iteration Planning, Demos, Retrospectives) and collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and security teams.
  • Track defects, maintain QA metrics, and identify process improvements across PIEE applications.
  • Support cybersecurity compliance by assisting with IAVA remediation and USCYBERCOM-directed tasks.
  • Validate data integrity using SQL and contribute to updates of system documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration management artifacts.
  • Identify and remove impediments to ensure timely completion of sprints and releases.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience
  • Experience supporting mission‑critical federal systems (acquisition, financial, logistics, or similar).
  • Proven experience delivering QA within SAFe Agile environments.
  • Technical proficiency with SQL for data validation.
  • Experience with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Experience with cloud‑based solutions, preferably AWS GovCloud.
  • Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience with configuration management, change control, and audit support.
  • Experience supporting security compliance activities (IAVA, USCYBERCOM tasks).
  • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II.
