Job description

Global client has a long-term, remote need for a strong UKG Pro WFM Consultant with strong Time & Attendance experience. This is not a pure configuration role. Requires in-depth understanding of the product, with ability to troubleshoot, support, test, etc.
  • UKG Pro WFM, strong Time & Attendance knowledge
  • Must be ale to get hands dirty, troubleshooting, testing, answering tickets, etc. Not a person who just wants to do config. Roll up sleeves and work in the tool
  • Evaluate upgrades, assessing applicability to the particular business needs, processes, and requirements 
  • Evaluate impact of config changes, new feature implementations, etc
  • Manage integrations, should have some data skills, testing skills.
  • Nice to have: APAC experience, knowledge of APAC legislative regs.
  • Must be very flexible to support different time zones, support APAC, US, UK. Late night/Early morning calls are not frequent but will happen
  • This role is contract-based, and will be remote. Very light travel may be required. Candidates can be based in US or Canada.
