Job description


A ServiceNow Developer/Administrator job in Cincinnati, OH 45215 is currently available through Belcan at one of our key aerospace clients. As a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator you will work in a fast-paced Agile environment supporting the ServiceNow Platform. You will administer and support multiple FedRamp ServiceNow instances to meet the unique business needs of our users and stakeholders. You will work with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, developers, product owners and other stakeholders to understand, and provide solutions across different applications on the ServiceNow Platform. You will perform production support including incident resolution and troubleshooting.

Job Duties:
* Configures and develops on the ServiceNow platform including routine changes or configuration and adjustments as requested
* Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
* Perform daily, weekly, monthly system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of ServiceNow applications
* Collaborate with Platform and Delivery teams to perform ServiceNow upgrades and patching. Coordinate system updates across different instances, ensure latest patches, and configuration changes
* Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and maintenance and perform operational administrative tasks, as needed
* Actively collaborates with other teammates to perform code reviews, discuss new developments and projects, and shadow other junior admins/developers as needed
* Support the administration for Production and non-prod instances
* Collaborate with the Production Support and ServiceNow Operation teams to monitor support cases
* Document administrative processes and issues resolution
* Working with business line stakeholders to develop clear requirements.
* Participate in the daily scrum meeting and other related Agile ceremonies
* Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform for any reported problems across all instances.
Required Qualifications:
* 3+ Years' experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration
* 3+ Years of experience with Application Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, ITOM/CMDB * Current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification required
* Strong experience in system administration and JavaScript
* Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
* Experience diagnosing performance related issues
* Agile experience
* Priority consideration given to candidates that possess a current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SPM and/on APM certification
* Due to the nature of the work performed, US Citizenship is a requirement
* Must have an Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* ServiceNow Development and Administration/Integration
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
* ITIL v3 or ITIL v4
Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary rate of $95,000 to $115,000 however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
