Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual mental health counseling sessions via video conference, ensuring an ethical and nurturing therapeutic environment.
• Employ evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to facilitate client progress.
• Develop customized treatment plans that align with each client's specific needs and therapeutic goals.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their feelings, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to promote effective coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on stable, low acuity adults presenting a range of mental health needs. This may include clients dealing with mild anxiety, depression, stress, or life transitions. Your expertise will be crucial in helping them acquire necessary skills for improving their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must hold one of the following licenses, allowing for independent practice without supervision:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted, and candidates should have no disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect empathetically with clients.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using digital communication tools.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, we value additional experience in areas like trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, or working with diverse populations. Familiarity with telehealth practices will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
