Position Overview

Telemind Mental Health Clinic is excited to invite passionate and dedicated mental health professionals to apply for the role of Licensed Mental Health Therapist. In this full-time remote position, you will be instrumental in delivering personalized mental health care and support to individuals undergoing various emotional challenges. This role requires State-issued licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, along with at least two years of direct experience in mental health counseling. Your expertise will help empower our clients, guiding them towards improved mental well-being and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform initial intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client.
  • Lead both individual and group therapy sessions that target a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. For instance, you'll facilitate a support group for young adults navigating anxiety related to social situations.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date electronic health records, documenting all interactions and progress notes in compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive and integrated support for patients.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, coursework, and training opportunities to stay updated with the latest therapeutic approaches and best practices.

Qualifications
