Job Purpose

The Commercial Manager leads the Oil Condition Monitoring (OCM) business unit's revenue growth and market expansion across North America. This dynamic leadership role combines direct sales responsibility with team management, requiring a results-driven professional who excels at both individual achievement and team development. The Commercial Manager oversees Key Account Managers serving our top-100 customers, drives new business acquisition, and collaborates with OCM leadership to identify and penetrate emerging markets. The role demands flexibility, accessibility during extended hours, and responsiveness to client and employee needs across time zones and weekends.

Primary Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that drive sustainable growth across both existing and new customer segments

- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and expand the North American sales team to consistently achieve and exceed annual sales targets

- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior decision-makers at top-tier customers; serve as primary contact for high-value accounts
