This is a remote position.
Position Overview
The Security Access Management Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our organization by managing access controls and permissions for employees and contractors based on their functional position within the organization. This role involves translating predefined enablement processes into systematic requests via SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and/or ITSM to facilitate provisioning and deprovisioning actions.
Key Responsibilities
• Access Control Management
o Review and understand the organization's predefined enablement matrix by functional position.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify access requirements for individuals based on their roles.
o Work with app admins, functional leads, and technical support teams to ensure the matrices are continually refined and accurate.
• Provisioning and Deprovisioning
o Initiate provisioning actions to grant access rights to users as per their functional roles.
o Execute deprovisioning actions promptly when users change roles, leave the organization, or no longer require access.
• Request Processing
o Translate access requirements from the enablement matrix into GRC requests for SAP provisioning or ITSM requests for non-GRC systems
o Ensure accurate and timely submission of requests to the appropriate teams for action.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Prior experience in access management, identity and access management (IAM), or related roles.
• Familiarity with access control concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in using GRC tools and systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
